  • Most orders are sent Standard Ground Shipping via UPS or the U.S. Postal Service. For faster delivery of most items, you can upgrade your shipping, for an additional fee, to UPS Express (Blue) or UPS Premium (Red). To upgrade your shipping, make your selection on the Shipping Method page during Checkout.

  • You’ll receive an estimated delivery date as part of your Checkout information before you submit your order. Best Standard Delivery: Allow 7-10 business days from your order date for delivery. All orders will be shipped via UPS or the U.S. Postal Service. USPS First Class Mail: Allow 7-10 business days from your order date for delivery. All orders will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. UPS Premium (Red): Order before Noon ET on a business day and the package ships the same day. Order after Noon ET and the package ships the next business day. Please allow 1-3 business days from the order date for delivery. Priority Mail: Please allow 4 business days from the order date for delivery. UPS Express (Blue): Order before Noon ET on a business day and the package ships the same day. Order after Noon ET and the package ships the next business day. Please allow 4 business days from the order date for delivery. Offshore Non-Priority: Used for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam. Please allow 7-10 business days from your order date for delivery.

  • Yes, in most cases you can have your order sent directly to an address that’s different than the permanent ship-to address we have on file for you. When ordering online or by phone, you can choose to either Select from your Address Book or Create New Address when prompted during the Checkout process. You can also save new addresses to your Address Book for future use.

  • SimplyMa’aM ships to all 50 states. Items shipping to offshore points may be delivered via U.S. Postal Service or United Parcel Service (UPS) based upon applicable regulations and service criteria. Certain ship methods may not be available for some products or locations. Please note that Standard Shipping & Handling is only available within the contiguous 48 states. SimplyMa’aM customers outside the aforementioned area should call Customer Service for information regarding S&H options.

  • We’ve carefully considered the current situation and have determined that we’re unable to make Canadian deliveries meet the levels of service and efficiencies that we would like – both for our business and for our Canadian customers. Whether you’re a Canadian resident who shops with us, or a US customer who enjoys sending packages to friends and family in Canada, we want to ensure the best possible shopping experience for all of our customers and we do not feel that we are currently in a position to do so. Therefore, no SimplyMa’aM orders can be placed for delivery to locations in Canada.

  • Every item we offer has its own Shipping & Handling charge. If you forget to look at the S&H charges for your item(s) before Checkout, the S&H fees and applicable sales tax are added, and are provided with the order total before you submit your order. If you choose to upgrade Shipping & Handling, you also will be given the additional S&H fee during the Checkout process. Please note that Standard Shipping & Handling is only available within the contiguous 48 states.   • For select items, when you purchase more than one of the exact same item (identical color, size and all other choices) (each, an “Item”), you will pay full standard shipping and handling charges on the first Item and only 50% of the standard shipping and handling charges on each additional Item. All applicable Items in the order must be shipped to the same address. Standard shipping and handling option is only available within the contiguous 48 states.   • Getting a Simply Ma’aM Account is easy and free! There are several ways to become a Simply Ma’aM Customer: Online: Click to Create a Simply Ma’aM Account and follow the simple directions. Or, simply place your first order. When processing your order, we’ll create your Simply Ma’aM Account. When you create your Simply Ma’aM Account, you will also receive a Customer Number and PIN.

Virtually every item you see on the site can be viewed and purchased online at simplymaam.com. Ordering just takes a few steps. Simply find the item you want, view key features on the Product Detail page, and click the “Add to Cart” button. Once you’ve completed your shopping, click the “Checkout” button. Automated Ordering Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, automated ordering is a fast and easy way; to order the current featured item, or a known item number.   • Forgot Your PIN? Link on the sign-in page enables you to obtain your PIN within minutes by simply entering the email address and zip code on your Simply Ma’aM Customer Number account. Simply Ma’aM will then send your PIN directly to your email address. If the email address you provide does not match the one on your Simply Ma’aM Customer Number account, you’ll receive a message advising you to contact SimplyMa’aM Customer Service. You can also get your Simply Ma’aM Customer Number by calling Customer Service at 888-402-4446.

  • The Waitlist option is offered when an item is sold out, and there is a reasonable expectation that the item will return to stock within 45 days. Although placing an order on our Waitlist is not a guarantee that stock will be received, it is a good way of reserving an item if it does come into stock. If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be notified within 45 days.

  • Our Wish List tool lets you keep track of the products you are interested in buying before you actually buy them. As you shop, just click “Add to Wish List,” and that item will be added to your Wish List. The Wish List feature is not a gift registry but is a great way of sharing what you want with your friends and family. Start creating your Wish List now.

  • Yes! You can request gift wrap with many SimplyMa’aM products, for an additional fee. Your package will be wrapped in attractive, heavyweight paper—in a fresh, new color for each season—and adorned with a luxurious matching ribbon. The gift wrap service also comes with a note card printed with your own message.If the package is sent directly to another ship-to name or address, the price will be omitted from the packing slip. You’ll be sent a separate order confirmation for your records. Note: You must use Standard Checkout to send to another ship-to name or address. When ordering online, look for Gift Options on the Shopping Cart page and choose Gift Wrap and Card, if the option is available. You’ll then be prompted to type in your card message as you proceed to place your order. When ordering by phone with a Customer Service Representative, request the Simply Ma’aM gift wrap service. We do not offer gift wrap through our Automated Ordering.You will see the gift wrap charge added to your order in the Shopping Cart next to the item you have chosen to get wrapped.

When you choose this service, SimplyMa’aM will print a personal message on the package’s packing slip for no charge.If the package is sent directly to another ship-to name or address, the price will be omitted from the packing slip. You will be sent a separate order confirmation for your records. Note: You must use Standard Checkout to send to another ship-to name or address. When ordering online, look for Gift Options on the Shopping Cart page and choose Packing Slip Message, if available. You’ll then be prompted to type in your message as you proceed to place your order. When ordering by phone with a Customer Service Representative, request SimplyMa’aM’s personalized pack slip gift message service. We do not offer a pack slip gift message through our Automated Ordering.
